Below is the search report from December of 2003:

Information regarding the search activities during our stay in California - December 20 2003- January 2 2004 including photos of the search areas, camps, and team. 

Press releases that were published in the various papers that chose to carry the information.

Keller Valley - the area north of Bear Mountain and south of Black Mountain where the  Dave Gemperle and Dr. Jones lead the Pennsylvania folks - this area had not been searched before.

South Side of Bear Mountain - the area of the south and east facing reaches of Bear Mountain where Al Wallace and Bill Gibbons lead the adventure racing search teams. This area had been searched (to some extent) in the past, but not with a full scale ground grid search.
